CEO / Co-Founder
Getzy leads acquisitions and investments for AB Asset Management and brings over twenty years of seasoned real estate experience. Before co-founding AB, Getzy was the CEO of LROI Properties and played a direct role in transacting, developing, and managing over two million square feet of residential and commercial real estate in New York, Florida, and Georgia. Prior to LROI Properties, Getzy served as a Vice President within the Benjamin Group, overseeing ground-up development and condo-conversions in Tampa, Miami, and Washington state.
Sam Zalmanov
President / Co-Founder
As the managing principal and president of AB Asset Management, Sam oversees all aspects of the business including acquisitions, operations, and dispositions. Sam also brings over 20 years of real estate experience, previously heading up acquisitions for The Citra Group, a New York City-based family office. Under his leadership the group acquired, developed, and repositioned over 20 multifamily assets in the Tri-State region. Under Sam’s guidance the Citra Group acquired and successfully exited countless real estate assets across the US.
Chezky Montrose
Director of Asset Management
Chesky leads the AB Management asset-management platform, bringing over 25 years of broad business experience. With a background in sales and acquisitions, he applies a detail-oriented, analytical approach to strengthen operations and asset performance. Over the past decade, Chesky has been involved in more than $2B across 10,000+ multifamily units (Class A–C) nationwide, spanning acquisitions, operations, and dispositions. Known for his collaborative style and relentless curiosity, he uncovers hidden value through operational efficiencies, value-add strategies, and deep market research. Chesky holds an MBA in Marketing from Roosevelt University, graduating with honors.
David Wolf
David began his career in corporate accounting and financial operations at Mil-Spec Enterprise, where he held a senior management role overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll for a large commercial operation. Since joining AB Asset Management in 2021, he has worked across underwriting, financial operations, and portfolio risk management, supporting acquisitions, financing, and insurance placement for the firm’s assets. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and brings a detail-driven approach to financial oversight and investment analysis.
